· Auto distribute after receive a fax A 3G-FAX supports thousands of clients. Each client can have its own fax extension number like through a PBX. The 3G-FAX server, can identify the extension number and forward the received fax to the addressed clients. The system can also be configured to forward the received faxes according to the predefined rules, e.g. area code, telephone number, etc.

· Manual Rx & Tx by using a telephone connected to the 3G-FAX, user can use the entire system as a traditional Fax machine and operate it manually as used to.

· Scan Fax by using the scanner connected to the hosting PC, 3G-FAX software can convert the scanned document to the standard Fax format and send out through 3G-Fax with one click.

· Fax signatures and stamps Users can scan pre-defined signatures and/or authorization stamps into the system and save them as electronic identifications associated with individual password. A user can simply use password to authorize documents to be faxed. The documents will go out with the predefined signature and/or authorization stamp of the user.

· Fax to Email Users have the option to forward the received fax to specify email accounts automatically, never losing important fax when they are on the move.

· Read, edit Fax Through the supplied 3G-FAX’s viewer, users can conveniently view, edit and/or comment received fax, etc.

Save and query fax 3G-FAX system auto saves all faxes, including the logs. Users can query, search a saved fax by date, fax’s number, receiver’s name, and subject, etc.

· User defined voice alerting If the receiving fax machine is set in the manual mode, the system will automatically announce in a recorded voice message to prompt the fax receiver, e.g. “Hello, this is *** company. Please receive fax.” When receiving a fax, the 3G-Fax system will automatically announce in voice and prompt the sender for the follow-up instructions, e.g. “Hello, this is ****. For fax receiving, please press 3 on your phone key pad. To leave a voice message, please press 8.” If the fax receiving mode is chosen, the sender will hear “please dial your fax extension now. If you need any further help, please press 0 now.” Just like an answering machine, users can record their own announcement and/or greetings.

· Phonebook 3G-FAX phone (address) book can record up to 2000 items. The system can associate the name with the dialed number automatically when the fax goes out. The phone book can be managed through the 3G-Fax system software, which can import or export the address book in TXT, EXCEL and ACCESS format.

· Answering machine 3G-FAX can be used as an answering machine. The voice message can be uploaded to the hosting computer when needed.

· Send Data files When both ends with 3G-FAX systems, all data in computers such as Word, Excel, and program files can be sent directly.

· Fax/Voice Remote Access Providing a correct password, users can use any regular fax machine to access the faxes received and stored in 3G-FAX remotely, or a regular telephone to access the voice messages received and stored on 3G-FAX remotely.

· Powerful management Administrator of 3G-FAX system can manage all users, assign the telephone line as Tx-only, Rx-only, or both, assign a level of user to fax machine as Tx-only, Rx-only, in-LAN use only or both, etc.
